Scott Mathew是出生在澳大利亞的昆士蘭的歌手和詞作者。現(xiàn)在居住和活躍在紐約。 　　 他除了以和Yoko Kanno合作為人所知外，曾經(jīng)與Spencer Cobrin協(xié)力制作過一張名叫"Elva Snow"專輯，1999年發(fā)行，今年重新發(fā)行。Scott Mathew負責演唱和歌詞寫作，而Spencer Cobrin做為鼓手、鍵盤手、吉他手和作曲。 如果有人也看過那個糾結(jié)電影《short bus》的話，難說會記得有個場景是兩個倒吊著的歌女穿著滑稽的面部表情衣服，旁邊有個山羊胡子帥哥彈吉他唱歌，聲音非常厚實，沒錯就是Scott Matthew了?？措娪暗臅r候雖然不喜歡那種怪異的風格（所以個人除原聲帶外不推薦），但是他的聲音還是很讓人印象深刻，很厚實溫暖卻不循規(guī)蹈矩，感覺他的個性也很理想主義。還有電影里面快結(jié)尾的時候大狂歡另一個人唱的那首《In The End》，被Scott Matthew翻唱出了感動的味道。 　　 曾和菅野洋子合作，演繹了攻殼機動隊中的插曲和片尾曲，聲音相當?shù)母挥懈腥玖Α?nbsp;
